Hi! I’m Raegan.
I’m here to support families through the sacred transitions of pregnancy, birth, postpartum—and everything that unfolds beyond. To share the art of herbal healing through lovingly crafted products and seasonal workshops. And to nurture community connection, weaving people together through shared care, wisdom, and presence.
My path has always been rooted in care. I began as a home health aide and CNA, spent time in nursing school, and later managed an apothecary in Wilmington for several years. In the spring of 2019, I traveled to Oregon to complete an internship with Herb Pharm, which deepened my connection to plant medicine and community-centered healing. During that season, I was also living in a van, engaging in sustainability-focused work trades, and exploring the beauty and challenge of communal living.
Looking back, I can see how every step has guided me here. It often feels like this path was laid before me—and I’m simply answering the call. This is soul work. And in many ways, it chose me.
Mainstream healthcare left me feeling lost. It wasn’t until I started working closely with the plants—first managing the herb store, and then through my time in Oregon—that I finally felt lit up. I rediscovered myself through their teachings.
I’ve always had the gift of helping others find connection—between themselves and their body, their intuition, their community. I often think of myself as a bridge or a connecting piece. I’ve also felt a lifelong fascination with pregnancy and birth. So when I first learned what a doula was, I knew I had to follow that path.
In late summer 2020, while living and working at Long Branch Environmental Education Center outside of Asheville, I finally had the chance to take my doula training. Not long after, I became pregnant with my son—and chose to pause and move inward, allowing myself space to fully experience that rite of passage.
It was during that pregnancy that I launched my herbal products business—a way to stay connected to my individuality, creativity, and passion while moving through the sacred transformation of becoming a mother.
Today, I sit with women and families as they move through some of life’s most tender thresholds. I do this work because I know how to be an anchor. And I believe we move through the world more freely when we are lovingly witnessed.

Professional Training & Birth Experience
In addition to my foundational doula training, I’ve completed several doula mentorships and the VBAC Link training for doulas.
I’ve had the honor of supporting families through a wide range of birthing experiences, including:
Vaginal and cesarean births
VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean)
Unmedicated and medicated births
Inductions and water births
Home births, hospital births, and birth center births
First-time parents and subsequent births
IVF-conceived pregnancies
What is a Doula?
A doula is a trained support person who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational care to someone during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We're not medical providers—we don’t replace your doctor or midwife. But we do walk beside you the entire way.
My role as a doula is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered in your choices. That might look like offering hands-on comfort techniques during labor, helping you ask the right questions, or simply being a calm, grounding presence when things feel intense or uncertain.
Studies have shown that having a doula present can lead to shorter labors, reduced need for pain medication, lower cesarean rates, and an overall more positive birth experience. But beyond the statistics, I believe in the simple power of being lovingly witnessed—of having someone by your side who deeply trusts in you, your body, and the birth process.

Birth is a threshold.
And you deserve to feel safe, held, and supported as you cross it.
Ready to connect?
I’d love to hear from you.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or simply curious about how doula or herbal support might look in your life—I welcome your message.
This work is personal, and it all begins with a conversation.
