“When you change the way you view birth, the way you birth will change.”

-Marie Mongan

Childbirth is a natural process—not inherently a medical emergency.

Giving birth is one of the most impactful and transformative experiences in a childbearing woman’s life. It’s often said that we birth how we live, and the way we birth leaves lasting imprints on both us and our babies.

The journey of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum is a sacred portal—one that deserves to be honored and protected.

The early weeks after birth are a sacred time of healing, bonding, and transformation.

Yet so often, our culture skips over this chapter entirely.

One of the most meaningful ways to prepare is by gathering your support system before the baby arrives—naming your needs, asking for help, and practicing receiving it.

I’m here to encourage and support that process. Whether it’s through a Mother’s Blessing Ceremony or helping you organize a Seven Sisters support system, I’m happy to offer guidance and share resources as you build your web of care.

While I am not currently offering full postpartum services, I do offer limited support on a case-by-case basis—especially for families without local community. If that’s you, feel free to reach out—I’m always open to a conversation about what support could look like.

Postpartum & The Fourth Trimester

Payment Plans

I offer flexible payment options to help make this support more accessible:

• 50% due at the signing of the contract, with the remainder due by 37 weeks
or
• $500 down, with the remainder divided into monthly payments to be completed by 37 weeks

Equity and accessibility matter to me. If financial barriers are present, I welcome a conversation about sliding scale or bartering options.

Ready to explore support for your birth journey?

If something here resonates—if you’re feeling the pull toward grounded, heart-centered care—I invite you to reach out.

Every birth story is unique, and it would be an honor to walk beside you as yours unfolds.
